# Ordoro API Label Issue

We are attempting to make a request to the Ordoro API with the following:  
[https://apiverson.ordoro.com/label?o=1-27493&pdf\_type=single\_page&size=thermal](https://apiverson.ordoro.com/label?o=1-27493&pdf_type=single_page&size=thermal)

However we are not receiving a response back with the label base64 code.

Please assist.

Hi, were you able to use this previously? This endpoint should respond with a PDF.

Please also see our post here about the API URL deprecation [New Beta Documentation & URL Deprecation](https://forums.ordoro.com/t/new-beta-documentation-url-deprecation/732). In one month you will no longer be able to use `https://apiverson.ordoro.com`
