Sending Special Character & in the address field t

Hi
While trying to send the character & to the ordoro Ship-to Address to create M-XXXX order, the error message from Ordoro saying the character is not allowed.
How should we proceed then? I tried to use double " or single ’ and its still throwing an error.
Do you need me to provide more information?
