I am submitting orders via the API and they are not showing up in Ordoro’s user interface. I know it was received because on the second submit of the same order I received a message saying that order already exists. The response I receive from ordoro shows them as “unshippable” as well. How do I correct this?

You’re likely on v3 of our app, to which the public api is not yet available. That would be like this post Cannot Find Manual Order.
I can check this out for you if you can provide your support pin located in the username dropdown in the UI.
