Hello, I am from Connex, and I am creating this topic to address an issue with a mutual customer of ours.
When we use your API to pull the Order, the Order Placed Date uses UTC time.
What we need to know is thus: What Timezone does Ordoro use to show the Order Date? It seems like it is EST, seeing as how there is a 5-hour difference between mutual customer’s perspective and mine.
Additionally, how can we pull the User’s timezone through your API? I looked at the company endpoint, and no timezone can be found. This is ultimately what I am seeking. For now, we assume the QuickBooks timezone is the same.
