URGENT! WMS can't print shipping labels

I think this is related to the API update Ordoro did last week. Since Thursday, we have not been able to generate labels. We are receiving an error message that the connection is no good and there is some kind of trust issue. We urgently need help resolving this, as our client is LIVID that we have not shipped orders since last week.
