Endpoint for return confirmations?

Hi there,

We have successfully integrated to pick returns up from this endpoint:

https://api.ordoro.com/v3/return_order

Looking at the API documentation there is no endpoint to post confirmations after they’re received by our warehouse though.

Kyle suggested I post here to get some direct support from the dev team on next steps to make that happen.

What do you mean by return confirmations? Are you looking to change the status of the RMA/return_order?

Hi Sophie,

Yes we’d like to update the RMA/return_order with status, potentially change the item, etc after it has been received at our warehouse.

Should we be using a PUT with the return_order endpoint I guess?
