Using Sandbox account through API I created a FedEx shipper account with dummy data. When I try to process label, I get error “Meter number is missing is invalid”. How can I test the using sandbox without entering a valid account and meter number.

I’m not sure what you mean by sandbox account, the Ordoro API only has a production facing public interface at this time.
You will need to use valid credentials in order to create a label.
