Using the "Add a Preset to an Order" API call

When issuing the API call

https://api.ordoro.com/v3/order/{order_number}/shipment_preset/{preset_id}

Is “preset_id” a number, or the name of the preset? If it’s a number, where do I find the internal preset number?
